Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of payment, provided that the work has not already commenced. If the team has started drafting documents or filing applications, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Policy

Government Fees: Any fees paid to the government (Stamp duty, Challan, Name Approval) are 100% non-refundable.
Service Fees: If we fail to deliver the service due to an error on our end, a full refund of the professional fee will be initiated.
Client Delays: No refund will be issued if the process is delayed or rejected due to lack of documents provided by the client.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
